Why we love it:

Have you ever read the back of your washing up a liquid bottle? If not, go read it now; shocked?  All the warnings lead me to research the ingredients in the leading brands. I was horrified that on a daily basis I was using washing up liquid without realising what was being absorbed into my skin. Not only that but most brands have a warning about aquatic life, but yet it goes down our drains.

So I made the step in finding an alternative, I’ll be honest, it takes a little getting used to. Because of the power of advertising, we have been lead to believe that to clean our dishes we need a mountain of bubbles, I promise you, you don’t. These bars are powerful at cleaning and we love the natural lemon scent.

A top tip for traveling:

Cut a small chunk of the bar off, pop it in our soap pouch or case by Hydrophil. You now have a small, easy to use soap and scourer all inside a handy travel tin.

Direction:

This dish soap is a concentrated bar and only a small amount is needed. Wet your cloth, sponge or brush and rub the dish soap until it’s soapy, then wash your dishes as normal. Only rub a small amount at a time, to make the soap last the longest. Store on a soap dish to enable it to dry in-between uses.
